Returns

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days of acceptance. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@maryammaqbool.com as soon as possible, quoting your order number and including clear images of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Sale Items

International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred. Original shipping charges, customs fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
